## Operating principle

The house operates what it sells. Seven product families ship. Each runs in production on our own network before it runs at a customer. The same code runs on both sides of the deal.

## Six product families (live or in staged release)

1. **Sovereign infrastructure** — our data center, our network, our ANATEL license. Where critical load lives before it lives elsewhere.
2. **Network security** — NIS-Sherlock (autonomous NDR with BGP-4 RFC 4271 + multiprotocol extensions RFC 4760, IPv4 and IPv6 native, 256-D state vectors, N-of-M mitigation quorum) + SOGIA Ultra-Firewall (raw-sockets TPacket zero-copy, AF_PACKET ring buffer, Rust `no_std` module for ARM/RPi3B).
3. **Healthcare** — InsightCare (multidisciplinary clinical companion, v2.5 in production): eight-stage pipeline (Listen → Protect → Understand → Compare → Summarize → Deepen → Signal → Suggest), two fully isolated environments (deterministic + sanitized-AI), twelve audited LGPD consents, Memed + ICP-Brasil A1/A3 integrations. NutriPen (GLP-1 adherence, six-site SVG body map) and NeuroBridge (WCAG 2.2 AAA, 12.7 MB Go binary) in the same family.
4. **Firmware / bare-metal IoT** — BareStack, Bare-Metal Firmware as a Service. Multi-agent. Static analysis on every generation. 500+ supported MCUs (ESP32, STM32, nRF52, PIC, AVR across FreeRTOS, Zephyr, bare-metal, Arduino). 50K+ projects generated in production. No lock-in: the export is yours.
5. **AI agents that do not invent** — SOG-AI, the Autonomous Development OS. Multi-agent in production at sogai.yournet.com.br. The same system inside and outside the house. The prompt becomes a project, the project becomes a release, the release ships with a trail.
6. **Storage 98% lighter** — NVSS Substrate. Multidimensional state store with binary LPM trie + mmap + bitrot immunity. Twelve measured hours of continuous run, 16,762 cycles, zero errors, P50 of 67 µs per cycle, recognition in 1 µs.

- **SOGIA Ultra-Firewall** — domain reserved at sogia.yournet.com.br; the firewall ships today on AS273408 MikroTik devices but the dedicated landing is in production.
- **NutriPen** — GLP-1 adherence; DNS is currently offline during public rollout.

Guardian-Proxy (OpenAI-compat gateway with Aho-Corasick LGPD, 740+ tests, ports 8081 / 8082), ISP-REPO (NFCom Model 62 + SPED EFD over 6 OLT vendors, 250+ tests), NVSS Substrate, NeuroBridge (WCAG 2.2 AAA, 12.7 MB Go binary), Auth-System / Biolog (Linux PAM in Go, RGB biometrics, TPM-derived keys), SOGIA raw-sockets daemon on edge MikroTik.

## Five engineering principles (non-negotiable)

1. **Sovereignty.** No third-party API wrapper in the critical chain. Our own BGP-4, our own agent FSM, our own Aho-Corasick sanitization. Runs air-gapped.
2. **Static binaries.** 80% native Go, CGO-free, no runtime. Single binary 12–25 MB on commodity x86. No GPU cluster required.
3. **Determinism.** Where error is an incident, the answer is a verified state. LLMs consult Memgraph graphs and AST indexes — they never guess.
4. **Privacy and regulation by design.** LGPD in the runtime, not after. NFCom Model 62 + SPED EFD in the ISP. ICP-Brasil in legal. EU Regulation 2024/573 in cooling.
5. **Engineering in scarcity.** Common x86 CPUs, no H100, no closed cluster, no vendor lock-in.
